Educational coaching transfers the discipline of change par excellence to schools. From Do-Ceo Training we want to be pioneers in offering a global educational coaching service that ensures the comprehensive development of the educational institution and all its members, where the maximum beneficiary is the student and its optimal development.

In recent years we have been able to observe how the most pioneering schools that become a reference educational model have incorporated the figure of the coach as one more professional within the educational community, others have initiated the change by carrying out different training and workshops that update and keep educators in constant improvement. And there is no other option in a society where changes happen at breakneck speed: adapt or die, Darwin said.

From the more humanistic aspect of coaching, which defends the idea that every person is capable of being their best version, and that respects the rhythms of the person's natural development. With the School Coach project and the Global Training project, we want to help educational centers respond to this need for change, with the information provided by Neuroeducation,With Mindfulnes tools and other disciplines, we want to put emphasis on enhancing the resources that have been put into the center's pedagogy to seek its maximum performance.
