Albert DiBernardo

Albert DiBernardo is a New York City Principal with Do-Ceo Training. In this role he coaches and facilitates cohorts across the life, coaching competencies, emotional intelligence, leadership agility and executive pipeline.  The curriculum and practices that Albert utilizes originate from the Seattle-based Human Potential Coaching Institute (aka Bulletproof Training Institute); London-based School of Self Actualization; Boston-based Leadership Agility coaching program; the Massachusetts-based Goleman EI Coaching program; California-based Heart Math Coaching program; and the life and organizational development training developed by Do-Ceo Training in Spain.  Albert is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and currently is coaching clients residing in North America, Europe, and South America. 

Prior to his role as a mentor-coach-trainer, Albert served in the architectural-engineering-construction industry for over 40 years, including C-suite positions at his two professional firms. He has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and still maintains his professional engineering license to serve on industry boards. His C-suite experience has included the Office of President of one firm and serving on three Boards of Directors for major companies in his field. He has facilitated off-site board management retreats. For 17 years he was an adjunct industry graduate school professor at New York University in Manhattan teaching leadership and management to hundreds of students originating from 6 continents.

He will always be, first and foremost, a teacher and mentor.
