Becoming a mentor coach is a great opportunity to help other coaches to benefit from your professional experience in order to improve their practice, as well as help you expand your professional horizons.

We offer you an intensive training with all the knowledge and tools to become an excellent professional mentor. This training will begin in November 2019 and will be delivered by Gorka Bartolomé, Master Certified Coach of the ICF with extensive experience in mentoring coaches from all over the world.

This program aims to train mentors, including any of the three ICF credential levels.

Therefore, the mentor figure is considered an indispensable element for offering our best coaching to clients, and to help coaching establish itself as a unique profession with unmistakable and time-effective methodological foundations.

This program aims to train mentors, including any of the three ICF credential levels. This is for those who wish to gain in-depth knowledge of the 11 ICF core competencies and all their indicators, and be able to clearly identify these indicators in interventions by coaches mentored in each session.
